Announcement and release-notes templates may add one normalized HTTPS link-only CTA; compilation does not grant its origin authority. Returns exact normalized components, link, mention, and notification review plus reviewed-workflow handoff guidance without contacting Discord, using the bot token for Discord access, granting authority, sending a message, or persisting content. Accepts no template source, arbitrary variable map, custom ID, callback, remote media, attachment, or raw Discord JSON.
