Validate and normalize one complete caller-retained Discord guild-blueprint manifest, then expose its full fixed-order intent sequence, direct dependencies, exact and scaffold references, and possible write-stage vocabulary without contacting Discord. The response removes the raw master operation key, persists nothing, grants no policy or write authority, and never invents future Discord IDs or state. Its request digest is comparison-only, not an executable plan digest or approval.
