# deleteDimensionGroup

Remove a row or column group from a sheet. The rows/columns themselves are kept; only the grouping is removed. Indices are 0-based and the interval is half-open [startIndex, endIndex). Use listDimensionGroups to read back an existing group's range and pass it in full: the API decrements the group depth of every dimension in the range rather than matching a whole group, so a range that only partially overlaps a group shrinks that group instead of removing it. With a depth-1 group over columns B:E and a depth-2 group over C:D, deleting D:E leaves depth-1 over B:D and depth-2 over C:C.
