- `uniswap_swap_v3` — Executes a bounded Uniswap V3 exact-input swap on Base. Quote first and supply a conservative minimumAmountOut. A router allowance is required.
- `wallet_pay` — Sends a native ETH or ERC-20 Base payment, subject to execution enablement, recipient blacklist, and optional per-asset amount caps.
- `zeroex_swap` — Fetches a 0x AllowanceHolder quote and broadcasts its transaction from the Agent wallet after contract, amount, and simulation guards pass.
- `aave_get_account` — Reads Base Aave V3 collateral, debt, available borrowing power, LTV, and health factor for an account.
- `aave_get_reserve` — Reads Base Aave V3 normalized liquidity and variable-debt indexes for an asset.
- `contract_get_code` — Returns every verified source file available from Base Blockscout, deployed bytecode when available, and proxy implementation code. Read-only: use the complete result to assess honeypot indicators; it is not a safety verdict.
- `contract_risk_report` — Returns verified code plus static honeypot-related signals such as blacklists, trading gates, adjustable fees, pause controls, minting, delegatecall, and proxy upgradeability. It is evidence for manual review, not a safety verdict.
- `cow_quote` — Requests a Base CoW Protocol sell-order quote. Returns provider data without placing an order.
- `hyperliquid_account` — Returns clearinghouse state for any Hyperliquid address. No signing required.
- `hyperliquid_market` — Returns Hyperliquid perpetual market metadata and live asset contexts. No key required.
- `morpho_get_market` — Reads aggregate supply, borrow, timestamp, and fee data for a Base Morpho Blue market.
- `morpho_get_market_params` — Reads the configured loan asset, collateral asset, oracle, interest-rate model, and LLTV for a Base Morpho Blue market.
- `morpho_get_position` — Reads a user
- `morpho_supply_collateral` — Supplies a bounded collateral-asset amount to a Base Morpho Blue market. A Morpho allowance is required.

- `token_simulate_trade` — Simulates an exact-input Uniswap V3 swap as a supplied trader to test the current transfer and router path without signing. The trader needs the input balance and router allowance for a meaningful sellability result.
- `transaction_simulate` — Runs a read-only eth_call from the supplied address. It never signs or broadcasts a transaction and returns revert information when available.
- `wallet_get_address` — Returns the address derived from the local AGENT_PRIVATE_KEY.
- `wallet_get_allowances` — Reads ERC-20 allowances for an owner. Supply explicit spenders or inspect the built-in Base protocol spenders. ERC-20 does not support on-chain enumeration of every historical spender.
- `wallet_get_balance` — Returns native ETH or ERC-20 balance of the Agent wallet on Base.
- `wallet_get_portfolio` — Returns native ETH from Base RPC and indexed ERC-20 holdings from Blockscout. Token indexing can be incomplete or delayed, so verify material balances on-chain.
- `zeroex_quote` — Gets a Base 0x Permit2 route price. Requires ZEROX_API_KEY and returns provider data without broadcasting it.
- `aerodrome_quote` — Reads a Base Aerodrome classic-pool multi-hop route quote. Each route defaults to the Aerodrome V2 factory. This does not send a transaction.
- `hyperliquid_set_leverage` — Signs and updates cross or isolated leverage, capped by the WebUI Hyperliquid policy.
- `morpho_market_id` — Calculates the canonical Base Morpho Blue market id from its parameters. This does not send a transaction.
- `uniswap_quote_v3` — Reads a Base Uniswap V3 pool quote through QuoterV2. This does not send a transaction.
- `wallet_approve_token` — Sets a bounded ERC-20 allowance for an enabled protocol contract that is not in the WebUI contract blacklist.
