# destinations_from

All airports reachable nonstop from a given origin, with the service kinds (scheduled, seasonal, charter, suspended, ...) per destination. Optionally filter by kind and include the operating airlines. Seasonal and charter service carries no operating dates; treat as unverified for specific travel dates.

## Example call (MCP tools/call, JSON-RPC 2.0)

  "jsonrpc": "2.0",
  "id": 1,
  "method": "tools/call",
  "params": {
    "name": "destinations_from",
    "arguments": {
      "origin": "<origin>"
    }
  }
}
```
## Why destinations_from is rated Low
Even though destinations_from only reads data, uncontrolled read access leaks sensitive information and racks up API costs: an agent caught in a retry loop can make thousands of calls a minute without anyone noticing.
## Use case
AI agents call destinations_from to retrieve information from Fly Where To? without modifying anything. It is typically the context-gathering step in research, monitoring, and reporting workflows, before the agent takes action elsewhere.
## Recommended policy (PolicyLayer)
  "tools": {
    "destinations_from": {}
  }
}
