List the video formats of the iDos Games video studio (module video-studio, engine @idosgames/timeline): dialogue@1, story@1, top5@1, quiz@1, whatif@1 — id, title, description, how many characters, whether it has a narrator. Plus what a VideoSpec may name: caption styles, camera moves and effects, sound effects, particles, emotions, poses, style families, voice presets and the ladder of requests. A video is data (VideoSpec JSON); get_video_format gives a format's parameters and how to write its lines. Read-only; takes no title_id.
