Sorted source/id; snapshot changes expire cursors. Net changes, not events or metadata updates. Sampled removals suppressed; additions mean newly sampled; IDs over 4096 chars excluded. Old history 410, unknown date 422 (not charged). Latest dates: free GET /v1/agents/summary. Typically 0.1-10 s. Price: USD 0.05 per page; no free tier. A poll that finds nothing newer is free.
