## Why delete_agent is rated Critical

This tool destroys an agent record and its associated state, meeting the Destructive criterion for irreversible deletion. The requirement for an OPERATOR KEY provides some protection against accidental misuse, but an attacker who obtains the key could permanently remove agents managed by the AI.
