REGRAS DE NEGÓCIO: - Valores em centavos. - monthly_summary (transaction_count inclusive) e top_spending_categories cobrem o mês corrente até hoje (today_date, no fuso America/Sao_Paulo): lançamento datado depois de hoje no mês corrente fica fora, e por isso fin_resumo_mensal do mês corrente pode dar mais. No último dia do mês, as duas janelas coincidem. - balances é o MESMO número de fin_saldos: mesmo serviço, mesma função de saldo (saldo inicial + movimentos desde a data-base, estorno creditando). Só contas cash/checking — cartão de crédito não aparece (limite usado não é saldo; use fin_fatura_cartao). Cada item traz account_id, account_name, balance_cents e type. - balance_cents vem em centavos da moeda de cada conta: a conta USD vem em centavos de dólar. O payload não traz a moeda (nem em balances, nem em accounts): ela está em fin_listar_contas, e fin_patrimonio converte tudo para uma moeda só. - A resposta traz também mcp_server_version, a versão deste servidor MCP: se ela não for a mais recente, o processo deste contexto está rodando código velho. - monthly_summary e top_spending_categories deixam de fora a categoria.
